Add tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1 tbsp of whisky and little water to your tea. This will relieve you from common cold.
Lemon is rich in vitamin c and increases the body’s resistance, decreases the toxicity and reduces the duration of illness. Have a glass of warm water with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and i tbsp of honey twice a day. You will be get relief from common cold.
To calm the common cold, take 3-4 of onion juice with 3-4 tbsp of honey daily.
Boil 1 inch of ginger in cup of water with 1 tbsp of sugar in it and drink it like that when it is hot to relieve from the symptoms of common cold. Take it twice a day.
